Position: Full-time

Location: Home-Based Remote Working From Anywhere In The European Union

Compensation: Very competitive base salary and commissions

Accelerate Executive Search LLC is a US-owned company with our team spread across Europe, Latin America and the US. We work in a remote model providing recruitment services for top level executives in multinational companies. Our clients are major household recognized names across all continents. These clients hire our agency to find them people, usually confidentially, to join as new hires or replace current executives. We conduct searches for candidates, interview and prepare these candidates and then submit them to be considered as new talent for our clients.

We work across geographies such as Asia, the Middle East, Europe, the US and Latin America. No two days are ever the same in our office due to our fast-paced and dynamic environment. We are considered a start-up. The company was established in 2016 and has a team of eleven people today. We have experienced fast growth and success since we began, and continue to do so.

We are interested in hiring an ambitious and driven person to join our team as an Executive Recruiter with the potential to quickly grow into an Account Management position.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end executive recruitment process management

  • Identification of talent through LinkedIn and other digital resources

  • Screening and assessment of candidates

  • Manage relationships with clients and customers – acting as a business partner internally and externally

  • Identifying business development, client relationship retention and expansion opportunities

  • Support managers with administrative tasks

Requirements

  • University degree qualification

  • 2-3 years of specific recruitment experience

  • Ability to work from home the majority of time

Competencies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Very strong organizational skills

  • Native or equivalent level of English – both written and oral

  • Confident working with senior level executives in international marketplaces

  • Comfortable working on the phone and having multiple video calls on a daily basis

  • Self-starter and ability to work independently

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
