At Accelerate, we have been operating a remote headhunting service since our formation, building successful and long-lasting relationships with partners all around the world. We have always believed that this adaptable, agile model provided us with a number of operational advantages over the competition and it has fortunately allowed us to be ahead of the curve considering where it looks like the future of work and ‘ways-of-working’ are headed due to the impact of COVID19. In the last six months, we have been specialising in specifically searching for candidates in the areas of digital, e-commerce and e-business. Due to the huge impact of national lockdowns, restricted travel and rapidly changing consumer habits, many companies have been forced to change their retail offering and the way they reach their customers. We can help with this change. Organisations who are late to this trend need talent to quickly change and guide their organisations to ensure that they keep their position and do not lose market share, or to even improve on where they are by having the right leaders in place.
